CordenPharma makes peptide play with AmbioPharm acquisition
Swiss contract development and manufacturing organisation CordenPharma is buying the US-headquartered peptide specialist AmbioPharm. The transaction will significantly bolster the global peptide production capacity of CordenPharma, which is owned by the private equity firm Astorg.
