Commercial due diligence

In the context of a divestiture, acquisition or financing of a company, we provide commercial due diligence services to sellers, potential buyers and financing sources.

Our deep understanding of the investment process of private equity and debt funds, venture capital funds, family offices and other sources of permanent capital, allow us to be an effective partner during the investment, divestment or financing process. The scope of a due diligence mandate can be broad or targeted to certain areas, depending on the specific needs.

Digital consulting

Our digital and technology consulting effort is focused on optimizing processes and available resources and supporting the growth of emerging data-based companies.
