Tilray Pharma has announced a major strategic alliance which will provide member pharmacies with a comprehensive range of health solutions, including traditional prescription medications, discounted medicines sourced via parallel import, and Tilray Medical’s specialised medical cannabis products.

The alliance involves its subsidiaries Tilray Medical, CC Pharma, and 14U Pharma alongside the gesund leben pharmacy cooperation (a major German pharmacy network operated by Alliance Healthcare Deutschland, supporting approximately 3,600 independent partner pharmacies) and major German pharmaceutical wholesaler and service provider for pharmacies Alliance Healthcare Deutschland. This partnership represents a significant step in Tilray’s efforts to scale its German operations and expand patient access to its healthcare portfolio.

For investors, this move highlights Tilray’s commitment to building a scaled and integrated healthcare platform in Germany, which remains one of the most dynamic markets in Europe. By aligning with the gesund leben cooperation, Tilray gains preferred access to over 20 per cent of German pharmacies, further strengthening a distribution reach that already supports more than 16,000 pharmacies nationwide through CC Pharma.

The operational scale of the partnership is underpinned by Alliance Healthcare Deutschland, which operates 27 logistics centres and supplies more than 10,000 pharmacies daily. This infrastructure ensures reliable national delivery and provides independent pharmacies with essential marketing resources and purchasing benefits. Leadership at Tilray has noted that bringing these various subsidiaries together under a single strategic framework creates a more powerful platform for long term growth.
