Sensio, the European care technology provider backed by private equity firm Nordic Capital, has acquired ISECO, a specialist in technology solutions for social and healthcare centres in Spain and Portugal.

The expanded entity will serve over 300,000 users across multiple markets. ISECO brings established expertise in nurse call systems, wanderer control technology, and the digitisation of care processes.
