Martin Jones steps down as Home Instead CEO
After 15 years with Home Instead UK, our CEO Martin Jones MBE is stepping away from the business. Jones will be replaced by COO Ruth Brown who has been appointed as Managing Director.
Hone Instead announced: “Over the past 16 years, Ruth has become a well-respected and admired figure in both the care and franchise sectors. Indeed, Ruth has recently taken on the role of chair of the The BFA.
“She will use her passion for innovation and lived experience of supporting family members to continue making a difference for those seeking care, those who deliver care and entrepreneurs looking to join the sector.
“As a strong advocate of franchising and home care, Ruth will continue to champion Home Instead’s mission in the UK.”
Jones was thanked “for the positive impact he has made, not only to Home Instead but the social care sector as a whole”.
