Cleveland Clinic has appointed Dr Beri Ridgeway as President of Cleveland Clinic London, effective June 1, 2026.

Dr Ridgeway currently serves as the organisation’s Executive Vice President and Enterprise Chief of Staff, where she oversees approximately 10,000 physicians, scientists, and researchers.

Her background includes nearly two decades at the Cleveland Clinic, having previously served as the Associate Chief of Staff and the Institute Chair of Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Women’s Health. This appointment follows the tenure of Dr Rob Lorenz, who is credited with establishing the foundational infrastructure for the London facility.

For investors and operators, this transition signals a move towards scaling existing clinical operations and deepening the integration of the London site into the broader global health system. Dr Ridgeway’s prior experience in aligning clinical services worldwide is expected to bolster the London team’s focus on quality, safety, and research innovation.

The management change coincides with an expansion of the UK footprint, including a new cancer centre at 40 Grosvenor Place slated for opening in late 2027. Further leadership reinforcements include the recent appointment of Tiina Thornton as Chief Nursing Officer, who succeeds Sheila Miller.
