Candesic supported Summa Equity with its acquisition of Dignio
Candesic is pleased to have supported thematic investment firm Summa Equity with its acquisition of Norwegian remote care specialist Dignio.
The Candesic team was led by Senior Partner Marc Kitten and Senior Engagement Manager Dr Kristoffer Kenttä.
Dr Kristoffer Kenttä said: “Healthcare at home is a rapidly growing megatrend, with many solutions emerging in the market. Dignio fits very well into this space, offering leading remote monitoring and automatic medication dispensers.”
Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Dignio has built an international footprint in the Nordics and North America. Its 70 employees are dedicated to remote care solutions including patient monitoring, telehealth and automatic medication dispensers for patients suffering from chronic disease, cancer and other diseases.
Christian Melby, Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Summa said Summa’s investment is targeted at accelerating Dignio’s international footprint and further develop its tech solutions.
