Candesic provides vendor commercial due diligence to HealthNet Homecare
HealthNet Homecare, one of the UK’s largest clinical homecare providers, received investment from private equity firm CBPE Capital. Candesic was proud to provide HealthNet Homecare with vendor commercial due diligence. The Candesic team was led by Managing partner Dr Leonid Shapiro and supervised by Principal Floris Wentholt.
HealthNet Homecare offers care to 165,000 patients with chronic conditions, rare diseases, and through its fertility division, Stork Fertility.
“We are delighted with CBPE’s investment, which will enable us to expand our services and continue delivering exceptional care to patients across the UK,” said Kerry Hinton, CEO of HealthNet. CBPE’s investment will support HealthNet’s growth strategy, with CBPE directors Rupert Parker and Anand Jain joining HealthNet’s board.
