Candesic is pleased to announce it provided vendor commercial due diligence to Snap Diagnostics, which has just been acquired by Beacon Biosignals.

The Candesic team was led by New York-based partner Aldous Mitchell.

The companies are a good fit.  Illinois-based Snap provides an end-to-end home sleep testing service for primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, telehealth providers and specialists, including psychiatrists, cardiologists, endocrinologists and weight management specialists, without requiring in-house sleep expertise. Tests are shipped directly to patients, with results scored and interpreted by qualified sleep professionals.

Boston-based Beacon Biosignals is a leading AI-powered precision neurotechnology company. It aims to connect drug development with patient care by applying the technology used to develop new treatments to help clinicians diagnose and manage the patients who need them.

Congratulations to the teams at Snap Diagnostics and Beacon Biosignals on the deal, which brings together complementary capabilities in sleep testing and AI-powered neurotechnology to improve patient care.
