IVI RMA Global has officially acquired ART Fertility Clinics in a landmark deal valued between USD 400–450 million. This acquisition strengthens IVI RMA’s position as the world’s leading reproductive medicine group and expands its presence in key growth markets across the Middle East and Asia.
