Candesic was delighted to recently host a breakfast at its London office with special guest Paolo Pirjanian, CEO of Embodied, Inc.

Paolo Pirjanian is an entrepreneur, technologist, and strategist with particular expertise within the emerging personal robotics industry, and a mission to make robots smarter and more useful to become part of everyday life.

The former CTO of iRobot and early leader in the field of consumer robotics leaned into his 16+ years of experience developing and commercializing cutting-edge home robots during his fascinating presentation.

In 2016, Paolo founded Embodied, Inc. with the vision to build socially and emotionally intelligent companions that improve care and wellness and enhance our daily lives.

Sitting alongside invited guests was Moxie, billed as “the world’s first AI robot for kids aged 5-10 that uses play-based conversational learning to teach emotional and social skills.”
