Candesic has provided AI vendor commercial due diligence to Everlight Radiology in support of its AUD1bn acquisition by Radiology Partners, the leading provider of technology and AI-enabled radiology services in the US.

The transaction will bring together Everlight’s international teleradiology network with Radiology Partners’ vRad platform, creating a leading global teleradiology business. The combination will connect the organisations’ technology, clinical expertise and radiologist networks across multiple international markets.

Everlight, which has been majority owned by UK private equity firm Livingbridge since 2021, provides teleradiology services to hospitals, health systems and imaging providers across the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Its network comprises more than 800 radiologists across over 40 countries, reporting more than 2.5 million examinations annually.

Candesic’s work focused on commercial due diligence of Everlight’s AI capabilities.

The acquisition remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
