21 November 2025

Candesic is delighted to have advised CVC Secondary Partners on its investment in the world leader in radiopharmaceuticals, Paris-based Curium Pharma.

The Candesic team was led by Managing Partner Dr Leonid Shapiro.
Other lead investors included ICG and TPG GP Solutions, as global investment firm CapVest recapitalised its stake. Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Lunate, Pantheon, and Ardian also invested.

The new Continuation Vehicle values Curium at circa $7bn, making this the largest transaction in nuclear medicine globally and underscoring the significant investor interest in the radiopharma space.

Curium develops, manufactures, and distributes radioactive drugs used for diagnosing and treating diseases, especially in oncology, cardiology, and neurology.
