Amulet Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm specialising exclusively in the healthcare sector, has announced it is acquiring TFP Fertility Group from Benefit Street Partners.

While the precise financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the deal marks a significant transition for one of the leading fertility care providers in the UK.

TFP operates an integrated network comprising ten fertility clinics and 21 satellite referral centres across the UK and Poland. Following the buyout, TFP will continue to operate under its existing brand with no changes to its clinical leadership. Chief Executive Officer Jude Fleming will remain at the helm alongside the current management team.

For Amulet, the transaction deepens an existing track record of scaling healthcare services and fertility providers. Jay Rose, president and co-founder at Amulet Capital Partners, stated that the firm looks forward to expanding access to high-quality reproductive healthcare across the core markets of TFP.
