The struggling French healthcare sector could be on the brink of profound change with proposals for a new profitability watchdog, and some of the country’s largest for-profit groups in the spotlight following the publication of a new report this week.
Private finance profit levels in French healthcare are under unprecedented scrutiny following the analysis by the National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM), which has put forward 60 suggestions to reshape the future healthcare in the country.
