Congratulations to our client KOS GROUP on the acquisition of Charleston Holding GmbH, one of the top-10 nursing home providers in Germany. Candesic was part of this journey by providing the commercial due diligence. With the acquisition, the number of facilities managed by the leading Italian nursing home provider KOS will increase from 85 to 132, giving a total number of over 12,000 beds and around 11,200 employees. We remain absolutely thrilled to see what the future will bring for Charleston under its new ownership and are excited to follow the further internationalisation of KOS.
