At the Stifel AI conference organized by Stifel Financial Corp., the healthcare panel, moderated by David Vignon, CFA, had a lively debate around whether AI will ever replace human clinical teams . 
 
Dr Michelle Tempest from Candesic highlighted the urgent need for digital technology to help the global staffing crisis by embedding digital innovation, Nawal Roy (Holmusk) discussed behavioural health data analysis and Dan Vahdat (Huma) with Philippe Salah (DentalMonitoring) went head-to-head on whether digital technology could replace humans.  
 
There was widespread agreement though; innovation requires AI and what's possible is just the beginning.
